Fans rarely see Tristan Thompson on social media. Unlike some celebrities who post a ton of content from selfies to Tik Tok challenges, Tristan doesn’t overwhelm his timeline or Instagram Stories with posts. On Friday, however, he was so moved by a meme that he shared it to his account.
“Sometimes, you don’t realize your strength until you face your greatest weakness,” the quoted post said. “Stay away from your demons, they will slowly destroy your potential.”
Tristan didn’t add any extra text or emoji to the post. However, it goes on to comment that you face your own obstacles.
“Face them and they can be your greatest asset,” the post said.
three dads
It’s one of the few times we’ve heard from the NBA player after it was confirmed that he’s a father again. As previously reported, just days after the new year, Tristan rekindled the fire that was already burning. After months of back-and-forth discussions with Maralee Nichols about her child’s parentage, Tristan (and the world) has an answer. One Paternity test established He is indeed the father of three children.
“Today, the paternity test showed that I had a baby Marally NicholsI take full responsibility for my actions,” Tristan wrote on his Instagram Story on Jan. 3. “Now that the parent-child bond is established, I look forward to raising our son amicably. “
Tristan apologized to anyone “hurt or disappointed” throughout the ordeal – which at some point involved court documents. He also apologized directly to his ex-girlfriend and mother to his second child, True Thompson.
“Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I’ve brought you. You don’t deserve the way I’ve treated you over the years,” Tristan wrote on his Instagram Story. “My actions definitely don’t match the way I see you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Whatever you think. Again, I’m sorry.”
