Last October model Camaryn Swanson accused her ex Tyga of assaulting her. She took to social media to share photos of herself after the alleged assault. She followed up by filing a police report, and Tyga was arrested for the incident. Fast-forward, and it seems like things are cool again between the two.
On Tuesday, Camaryn celebrated her 23rd birthday, and she shared photos from her birthday celebration, where Tyga was present.
As previously reported, Tyga surrendered to authorities after Camaryn took to social media with her allegations. He was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence and released after posting a $50,000 bond. He maintained his innocence in the whole situation.
Reports alleged that Tyga let her inside of his home although he and family members felt like she was under the influence. Things reportedly escalated once Camaryn was inside of the home, and it was alleged that Tyga put his hands on her. A police report was filed after authorities found visible marks on Camaryn.
Camaryn later spoke out about why she publicly spoke about the alleged abuse and said, “Looking back now, I’m proud of myself for making a statement and standing up for myself. I’m glad to raise awareness to women who may be going through this and hopefully motivate others to stand up for themselves.”
