18 new projects have been registered on ‘DARI’, a digital platform for real estate services under the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipal and Transport (DMT).
These projects will help deliver 5,037 new housing units in various parts of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Madinat Zayed and others.
DMT’s “DARI” platform, launched in early 2022 to combat real estate scams and fake agents, shows that newly registered projects include 10 villa construction projects, five residential construction projects and commercial blocks, and three mixed-use projects project.
Since its launch in February this year, the number of projects launched on the platform has reached 178, including 74 residential buildings, 43 plots, 49 villas, and 12 complex projects, with a completion rate of 99 percent.
DMT has partnered with Advanced Real Estate Services Company (ADRES) to launch the UAE’s first DARI platform to ensure transparency in Abu Dhabi’s real estate industry.
The platform provides users with an integrated interface that enables them to access a range of services and allows domestic and international investors to explore future opportunities in the emirate’s real estate market.
Clients, organisations and real estate professionals can now use the DARI platform to access all existing services such as real estate buying, selling and leasing transactions, “Tawtheeq” documentation and obtaining relevant real estate certificates. In addition, it provides a directory of registered real estate projects and a guide to Abu Dhabi Real Estate Authorized Brokers along with the many features that the platform offers its clients.
