According to Emarat Al Youm, the defense further stated that the victim’s statements about the theft of the mobile phone and AED 25,000 were contradictory.

The lawyer stated that all the defendants testified that the victim and the first defendant were old friends who visited each other. The victim borrowed 100,000 dirhams from the first defendant and refused to pay it back.
Contrary to the plaintiff’s complaint, the lawyer pointed out that the victim was the one who beat and beat the first defendant before the other defendants intervened.
The court has set September 15 as the date of judgment.
