UAE adds 38 individuals and 15 entities to its terrorist list-News

UAE emphasizes its commitment to combating and dismantling terrorism financing networks

The UAE Cabinet issued Resolution No. 83 of 2021, appointing 38 individuals and 15 entities in its approved list of individuals and organizations supporting terrorism (list of local terrorists).

The resolution emphasized the UAE’s commitment to combating and dismantling the networks that finance terrorism and related activities.

The resolution requires regulators to monitor and identify any individuals or entities associated or associated with any financial, commercial or technical relationship within 24 hours, and take necessary measures in accordance with the country’s current laws.
