[ad_1]

The official said that the safety and safety of passengers is a top priority.

The airport authorities in Ras Al Khaimah have clarified the inaccurate report about its flight delays.

There have been reports on social media that flights have been delayed due to baggage management methods.

A spokesperson for Ras Al Khaimah International Airport clarified that these reports are inaccurate.

He pointed out that the ground operations department of the airport directly responded to the captain’s request that the aircraft overload may affect the safety requirements of the flight and its passengers.

According to Al Bayan, one of the planes carrying Egyptian passengers was delayed due to the high luggage load of the passengers.

After consulting with airline officials and RAK Airport, the captain decided to reduce the load for safety reasons.

However, the passengers were not satisfied with the decision and insisted on carrying their luggage, even though the airline offered to transport their luggage to their place of residence in Egypt.

He added that this situation is handled in accordance with globally recognized procedures and rules in the aviation sector.

The spokesperson emphasized that RAK Airport is committed to providing services in accordance with the highest quality and efficiency standards, and that the safety and safety of passengers is the top priority and that it is also a responsibility that all airlines are keen to comply with.
