Alshaya Group, one of the world’s leading international franchise operators, has officially launched its new customer loyalty programme Aura in the United Arab Emirates. The innovative new program allows customers to redeem points and unlock benefits across a unique selection of over 70 world-class retail brands, earning points in-store, restaurants and online.

The launch in the UAE follows the successful launch of the programme in Qatar and Kuwait earlier this year, and has so far surpassed 1 million members.

Aura members can earn and redeem points across their favorite brands, access a range of personalized shopping, dining and lifestyle experiences, and receive priority notifications of promotions and sales including a portfolio of: H&M, American Eagle , Mothercare, Victoria’s Secret, The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang’s, Shake Shack, Bath & Body Works, Boots, M.A.C, Pottery Barn and West Elm.

Members also have the opportunity to earn points through branded e-commerce sites.

Aura membership is open to everyone 18 years of age and older. It’s free, fast and easy to join, and members can use the Aura Mena app to track their benefits and earn their rewards. Joining is as easy as downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play, or signing up for Aura at any participating Alshaya store or restaurant.

From fashion to beauty, from home to dining, members will earn points every time they spend. Points can be used for future purchases or for experiences like personalised food, customised shopping experiences or pampering beauty treatments.

Earn 10 points for every AED10 spent at all Alshaya stores and restaurants (excluding Starbucks). The more customers who buy the Alshaya brand, the more benefits they can get.

With so many brands in the Aura program, members enjoy unrivaled points opportunities.

  • Aura Hello is an entry-level membership for holders of tier points from 1 to 5,999
  • Aura Star is available for holders of tier points from 6,000 to 23,999.Star members earn points faster: 1.5 times faster than Hello
  • Aura’s top Aura VIP, starting with 24,000 points, enjoy VIP membership benefits, faster points: 2 times that of Hello

There are already plans to launch Aura in all Alshaya markets in the GCC and beyond, with Saudi Arabia coming in the next few weeks.

Aura members can earn and redeem rewards for shopping anywhere in the GCC, as each of these marketplaces is included in the Aura program.
