Federation officials and their various stakeholders will attend workshop on Sunday

Just a few months after the formation of the new management structure, the UAE Badminton Federation will host a strategic stakeholder workshop aimed at helping develop working relationships between all parties and working towards its goal of inspiring a generation and creating badminton champions for the country Vision.
The seminar, which will be held on Sunday and will be attended by federation officials and their various stakeholders, will focus on several points, including introducing the new director of the UAE Badminton Federation and its strategy for developing the sport in the country.
The workshop will also discuss how to help the federation and its stakeholders collaborate; discuss federation services such as player engagement, coach development, etc.
The outcomes of the workshop will be further implemented in the organizational structure through a roadmap.
Officials from the General Directorate of Sport, the Dubai Sports Council and the UAE Special Olympics were invited to the event on Sunday.
Recently, the federation announced a new board of directors, with Noura Hassan Al Jasmi appointed as chairman of the Dubai Independent Federation.
The new board has drawn up plans and has been working on developing the game in various sectors across the UAE, such as schools and clubs, and organising competitions at different levels.
