IT software solutions provider Tahaluf Al Emarat and cybersecurity solutions and services provider CPX Holding have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a successful long-term partnership that will benefit UAE parties and their customers.
Yahia Alhami, CEO of Tahaluf Al Emarat, and Khaled Al Melhi, CEO of CPX, signed the MoU in Abu Dhabi.
The partnership aims to provide secure, reliable IT solutions and consulting services to businesses and government entities. Both parties will bid and contract for the project and provide a secure and scalable solution utilizing leading technology.
As the UAE rapidly becomes a digital economy and governments and businesses race to maintain their competitive edge by adopting new technologies, new cybersecurity risks are on the horizon and organisations are facing more sophisticated cyber threats. The partnership will help organizations reduce the risk of cyberattacks, a statement said.
Alhami said: “Signing the MoU with CPX will encourage a beneficial relationship that is in the best interests of both companies through mutual cooperation and exchange of knowledge and experience. This MoU will help us identify new opportunities to collaborate and share best practices.”
Al Melhi added: “As our clients’ trusted cybersecurity partner, we aim to help them reach new levels of cyber maturity by implementing bespoke solutions and services for both the public and private sectors. Our aim is to limit UAE organisations are exposed to cyber threats so that they can increase opportunities for innovation and growth.”
