New Delhi: A high-level delegation of entrepreneurs from Gulf countries arrived in Srinagar on Sunday night.
This comes two months after J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited Dubai, where he signed a number of important Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with several businesses in the UAE.
Over the next four days, the CEOs of more than 30 companies, including Indian entrepreneurs, will be in Silicon Valley.

According to authorities, the purpose of the trip was to investigate the economic potential of the federal territory. LG Manoj Sinha and other government officials will provide them with investment options centered on entrepreneurship, tourism and hospitality.
Bal Krishen, CEO of Century Financial, led the delegation. The delegation also included a large number of Saudi CEOs.
The chief executive of a Dubai-based company told ABP Live that the delegation will attend certain business events in Silicon Valley, one of which will be held at the Sher Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar on March 22. held.
The delegation will also visit several tourist attractions including Gulmarg and Pahalgan in search of investment prospects. The visiting delegation will enjoy a dinner hosted by LG Sinha.
J&K’s many exporters, start-ups and businesswomen will give pitch presentations, as well as overviews of the home and silk industry, SKICC product presentations and artisan meetups.
During Sinha’s January visit to Dubai, agreements in various fields were signed with LuLu Group, Al Maya Group, MATU Investments LLC, GL Employment Brokers LLC and Noon Group. Century Financial Investments – US$100 million Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed.
