An Arab father and his son have suffered head injuries and broken legs after being hit by a driver who did not obey traffic signs.
The Ras Al Khaimah Civil Court ordered the GCC State driver to pay the duo Dh50,000 for material and moral damages.
The father said he suffered serious head injuries, including a fractured skull and a broken left leg. He was also admitted to intensive care and underwent multiple surgeries.
His son’s legs and face were also injured. Treatment costs for both were high.
