Two Indians and a Pakistani national were killed and six others injured in an attack by Houthi rebels in Yemen on Monday.
The explosions were caused by “small flying objects” (possibly drones) hitting three oil tankers in Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi embassy said on Tuesday that two deceased Indian nationals had been identified.
“@IndembAbuDhabi officers are in touch with their families. The mission is working with United Arab Emirates Authorities, including ADNOC, demand the early repatriation of the remains,” it tweeted.
However, the embassy did not reveal their identities.
“Of the 6 injured, 2 were Indian nationals. They were discharged yesterday evening after receiving treatment. We thank the UAE government @MoFAICUAE and @AdnocGroup for their support,” the embassy tweeted.
