The mosque received a record 60,310 worshipers on the 27th night of Ramadan this year – the highest number since it opened

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center has announced that the Eid prayers will be held tomorrow, Friday 21st April, which corresponds to 1st Ramadan, 1444 AH, at 7:00 am sharp.
“May Allah accept your obedience and Happy New Year,” the center posted.

As it might have expected, the mosque hosted 60,310 worshipers on 27th night of RamadanA large number of Muslims in Abu Dhabi gathered at the mosque to celebrate Laylat Al Qadr, a night of great significance in the Islamic faith. This is the largest number of believers received by the Grand Mosque since its opening.
