UAE festival celebrates country’s fishing culture and heritage

Café Bateel’s talented chefs create specialties that reflect the restaurant’s long-standing commitment to authenticity, quality, and most importantly, nutrition. Exclusive National Day specials include nutritious salads, premium desserts and selected beverages made with the highest quality ingredients.

To celebrate this special occasion, Café Bateel is introducing an upgraded version of the Beef Brochet Salad, reinvented by a skilled, award-winning chef dedicated to technology and high standards to ensure the highest taste and quality. This dish features perfectly grilled tenderloin kebabs served with fresh radicchio, spinach, red peppers, quinoa and avocado, served with pink pepper, pomegranate and zaatar vinaigrette.

This year, the restaurant is also introducing a wide variety of desserts that will satisfy even the most discerning dessert connoisseur.

Guests can indulge in L’or Noir Vanilla Gateaux, an artisan cake made with the finest Tahitian vanilla beans, considered the most popular of all vanilla varieties in the culinary world. Dessert features delicate sea salt vanilla, served with the best Madagascar vanilla cookies and topped with creamy vanilla ganache. Another special product is the pistachio and cherry custard. A delicate panna cotta made with the finest pistachios in the world carefully selected from Mount Etna in Sicily and the unique Amarena cherries in Bologna, known for their luscious flavour.

The specials also offer a variety of beverage options, including Cocoa Lavender Latte, an aromatic and delicious latte made with coconut milk, served hot, with Bateel’s maamoul biscuits or an iced drink. For those who like a refreshing drink, sparkling cucumber with soda, lemon, fresh cucumber, thyme and mint is the perfect drink.

Café Bateel’s National Day specials are available at all restaurants and delivery platforms in Saudi Arabia throughout September.
