The mall management has confirmed to Khaleej Times that the new development “will complement the mall’s existing strong offering” and will “offer commercial, retail, hotel and residential space”. Stretching 880 meters from the Gate Building to Central Park Towers, Gate Avenue has become a hotspot for arts, shopping and children’s activities.

Dubai’s newest and classiest beachfront address is The Palm Jebel Ali. With a total area of ​​13.4 square kilometers, the island is twice the size of the Palm Jumeirah and will mark a major new milestone in Dubai’s development.

With breathtaking waterfalls, expansive green spaces and a unique seaside experience, the project will add approximately 110 kilometers of coastline to Dubai. Approximately 35,000 families will be able to enjoy unparalleled luxury waterfront living at the location.

Palm Jebel Ali will feature a mixed-use pedestrian community, incorporating smart city technologies and sustainable development practices, and offering diverse mobility options for residents, visitors and the community.

Deira Enrichment Project (DEP) was built in the heart of Deira’s busy business district, with retail outlets, hotels, apartments and offices on the lively waterfront.

DEP envisions revitalizing the area through the creation of interconnected plazas featuring mixed-use spaces, while still retaining the charm and charm of Deira’s traditional values ​​and culture. With cafes, play areas and numerous gold shops, DEP is changing the face of Deira.

La Mer South, one of Dubai’s most popular beach destinations for residents and tourists, is now being demolished and rebuilt to form J1 Beach.
