The Indian Embassy in the UAE called the news “good news.”
The Indian diplomatic mission welcomed the UAE’s move to allow vaccinated residents and other categories of foreigners to return.
Since April 24, the entry of passengers from India to the UAE has been suspended.However, on Tuesday, the UAE authorities announced New exemption from the rule.
Residents, health workers, teachers, humanitarian cases, and people working in federal and local government agencies who have received two doses of Covid-19 in the UAE are the new exemptions.
The Indian Embassy in the UAE called this “good news” from the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Agency (NCEMA).

The Indian Consulate in Dubai stated that this is “good news for Indian nationals holding UAE resident visas”.
The consulate said on Twitter: “We thank the UAE authorities for relaxing travel restrictions.”
