Police warn residents to be cautious on the road and watch out for revised speed limits

The National Meteorological Center has urged motorists in the UAE to obey traffic laws regarding the possibility of heavy fog tonight.

In a statement, the NCM warned that horizontal visibility may deteriorate and may at times decrease further in some coastal and inland areas, especially towards the west between 01:00 and 09:00 tomorrow Monday.

Abu Dhabi Police has also posted our warning message on its social media channels, calling on residents to exercise caution due to reduced visibility during the fog.

Drivers in the emirate are urged to obey the changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards. Abu Dhabi Police warned residents to be cautious on the roads and to heed the revised speed limit.

The highest national temperature in Sweihan (Al Ain) at 14:00 local time on Sunday in the UAE was 31.4°C.
