UAE: Indian flag at half-mast after UAE president’s death

Sheikh Khalifa Al Nahyan has been President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi since November 2004.

Sheikh Khalifa, born in 1948, is the second president of the UAE and the 16th ruler of Abu Dhabi.
