UAE intelligence meets Yemen’s Houthis in Oman – Middle East Watch

A few days ago, during President Mohamed bin Zayed’s visit to the sultanate, UAE intelligence officials met with officials from the Yemeni Houthi movement in the Omani capital, Muscat. Yemen Net news site revealed.

The UAE has reached an agreement with German, French and Austrian officials to protect LNG and exploration facilities in southern Yemen from any attack or damage, while delivering LNG to the Balhaf gas facility in Shabwa province, which was seized in August last year.
