The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Centre in collaboration with Air Chateau International, witnessed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and Chairman of Dubai Airports, It unveiled its new helicopter hub, Dubai Helicopter Park, on Tuesday. as well as the chief executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
The new centre, which spans over 42,800 square metres and is adjacent to the VIP terminal in Dubai South, will be delivered in two phases, with the first phase now operational and the second phase due for completion in 2023.
The state-of-the-art Helicopter Centre is the largest of its kind and accommodates eight helicopters to facilitate transportation between business centres and tourist destinations across the UAE. In addition, it features a VIP lounge for meeting, greeting and briefings with potential Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) arriving at the VIP terminal.
In addition to providing the best facilities for ultra-high net worth individuals arriving by private jet, Air Chateau will also provide Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) services. It will also include a showroom featuring the latest helicopters displayed by the world’s leading manufacturers.
These operations will provide a window for numerous private helicopter owners, individuals and businesses to consider renting a parking space on site, with guaranteed easy access to other heliports.
Through this partnership, Air Chateau International will deliver, manage and operate the center using its more than 50 years of expertise in the aviation industry.
The ceremony was attended by Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aerospace; Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub; Dr. Samir Mohamed, Chairman and Founder of Air Chateau International; Shilton Tony Irudayaraj, Co-Founder of Air Chateau International, and others senior management.

The new centre will also house the UAE’s largest helicopter sales showroom and training centre, offering a range of services to helicopter owners.
