Officially called KOTA Skatepark, the attraction will feature a series of ramps and “street obstacles” for a variety of extreme sports, including skateboard, rollerblade, scooter and bicycle motocross. The skatepark will also have a special pump track outside the skatepark as a dedicated area for younger children and will enforce safety regulations and measures to protect the little ones.
Al Heera Beach will also feature art installations in collaboration with the Maraya Art Center, making it a cultural attraction for all visitors. Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023, the art installations will offer visitors an innovative program that introduces them to a variety of outstanding artwork and designs by many talented artists and designers.
