The authorities of Ras Al Khaimah have relaxed Covid safety regulations, although vaccinations are required to participate in events.
According to the media office of the emirates government, people participating in exhibitions and social, cultural and artistic events are limited to those who have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine no more than six months ago.
For the elderly and people with chronic diseases, the second dose must be taken no more than three months ago. The vaccination status must be verified through the AlHosn app.
In addition, participants must have a negative result of the PCR test performed within 48 hours after the event.
The event capacity can be increased by 60%. The capacity of the wedding hall has now reached 60% and can accommodate up to 300 guests.

The emirate has also increased the capacity of public spaces:
>> The hotel can operate at full capacity, provided that social distancing and mask use rules are implemented.
>> The capacity of restaurants and shopping centers has increased to 80%.
>> Ten people are allowed to sit at a table in the restaurant.
>> The capacity of entertainment venues, exhibitions, museums and cinemas has increased by 80%.
>> A social distance of two meters must be maintained in places of worship.
>> The public transportation capacity is increased to 75%.
