Female officers, Lieutenant (Lt) Mira Mohammad Madani; Lieutenant Samar Abdulaziz Jashouh, Lieutenant Kholoud Ahmed Al Abdullah and Lieutenant Bakhita Khalifa Al Ghafli; successfully demonstrated their efficiency in completing the course and conducted multiple field assessments to assess and measure their readiness and knowledge.
Major General Dr. Mohammad Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Operations Department, said: “Women personnel play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of all and take the initiative to take on the role of their male counterparts in the past.”
Maj Gen Al Razooqi reiterated Dubai’s passion for the empowerment and empowerment of women in various police fields, professions and positions. “The Force has spared no effort in raising the level of women’s participation in policing and ensuring they develop and demonstrate their potential to serve the community.”
Brigadier General Turki bin Faris said the women officers showed great dedication and competence, meeting the high standards of cognitive and organisational skills, intelligence and security awareness required by their duties as command and control officers.
Four female officers expressed their gratitude for joining the command and control center. “Dubai Police has created an inspiring environment for youth at large, especially women, to ensure that we only strive for excellence,” they said in a joint statement.
