All public car parks will be free from Thursday, December 1 to Saturday, December 3, according to an announcement from the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority. This rule does not apply to multi-storey car park terminals.
Revised hours of service apply to Customer Happiness Centers and paid parking areas. Parking in Dubai is already free on Sundays due to the newly revised weekend.
The RTA also announced changes to the service hours of public buses, Dubai Metro and trams.
Dubai Metro, Tram
From Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, the Metro’s Red and Green lines will operate from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. On December 4, both lines will operate from 8am to 12am (midnight).
From November 30th to December 3rd, the tram operates from 6am to 1am. On December 4th, it will run from 9am to 1am.

The bus will run from 6:00 am to 1:00 am from December 1st to December 4th.

Water taxis will operate on demand from 3pm to 11pm.
