UAE: New customs clearance feature launched for non-residents – News

Abu Dhabi Customs revealed that it provides customs clearance for non-residents and unregistered companies coming from outside the UAE.

The feature is open to individuals and companies and allows users to log in with UAE Pass.

Benefits of the new functionality include forms that automatically fill in certain fields when using specific templates, in addition to facilitating the completion of permit requests through a single electronic page for all smart devices.

The new features of the cargo clearance service updated through Abu Dhabi Government’s Unified Services Ecosystem TAMM provide an effortless customer experience. Individuals, business groups and companies from outside the UAE can benefit from using TAMM and clear their goods when passing through customs ports in and out of Abu Dhabi as well as free zones in the country, other emirates or neighboring countries.

The updated customs clearance objects are commercial entry, personal entry, customs clearance import, temporary entry and exit re-export goods, re-export customs clearance, and transit goods import goods.
