The visiting leaders pay respect and appreciation to the heroic martyrs
Pakistani Prime Minister Sheikh Baz Sharif visited Wahat Al Karama in Abu Dhabi on Thursday.
The Prime Minister, who is on an official visit to the UAE, was received by Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Executive Director of the Martyrs’ Families Affairs Office.
Sharif attended the guard of honor ceremony before laying a wreath at the Martyrs’ Cenotaph, which consists of 31 panels placed next to each other to symbolize the unity between the UAE’s leaders, people and soldiers.
They also visited Wahat Al Karama, where Sharif heard a detailed explanation from Sheikh Khalifa about the different parts of Wahat Al Karama, which embody the bravery and heroism of the Emirati heroes, as well as the noble values ​​of the country.
At the end of the visit, the Prime Minister of Pakistan wrote in the visitor’s log to express his highest respect and appreciation to the heroic martyrs of the UAE.
Wahat Al Karama is a national and cultural landmark of Abu Dhabi. It was established to commemorate the martyrs of the UAE and their sacrifices in defense of the country.
