UAE President amends Presidential Court law

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree-Law No.26 of 2023, amending certain aspects of Federal Decree-Law No.4 of 2004, which pertains to the establishment and organization of the Presidential Court.

This Decree-Law replaces the term ‘Chairman of the Court’ with ‘Minister’ and ‘Chairman of the Presidential Court’ with ‘Minister of the Presidential Court’ throughout Federal Decree-Law No.4 of 2004 and other related legislation, decrees, or decisions, unless the context dictates otherwise.

Any provision conflicting with this Decree-Law will be nullified.
