UAE President attends Rome’s Migration Conference

UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, participated in the International Conference on Development and Migration in Rome.

His Highness announced the UAE’s contribution of $100 million to support development projects in countries affected by irregular migration. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation and solidarity in dealing with this critical global issue and stressed that development and stability are key to addressing migration challenges.

Additionally, His Highness highlighted climate change as a significant driver of irregular migration and expressed the UAE’s commitment to promoting diplomacy, dialogue, and cooperation for the greater good of humanity.
