Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan awarded Thai Ambassador to the UAE Waravuth Poupinya the Order of Independence First Class for his work in strengthening UAE-Thailand relations in various fields contribution.
Minister of State Ahmed Ali Sayeq received Puappinha at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) and presented him with the medal. Al Sayegh also praised the Thai ambassador’s role in strengthening the UAE-Thailand relationship during his tenure.
For his part, Poupinya expressed his pride in receiving the medal, which reflects the depth of bilateral relations and cooperation between the UAE and Thailand.
He also highlighted his country’s desire to strengthen cooperation with the UAE for the benefit of the people of the UAE and Thailand.
