UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed issued 11 federal decrees, ratifying agreements with several countries.

The decrees were published in the latest issue of the Official Gazette.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed issued Decree No. 55 of 2022, ratifying the agreement between the UAE and the Federative Republic of Brazil on the transfer of criminals, and Decree No. 56 of 2022, ratifying the agreement between the UAE and the Kingdom of Brazil The extradition agreement of Denmark and Decree No. 57 of 2022 ratifies the agreement between the UAE and the Kingdom of Denmark on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also issued Decree No. 58 of 2022 ratifying the agreement between the UAE and US governments on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and Decree No. 59 of 2022, ratifying the agreement between the UAE Governments agreement. UAE and Democratic Republic of Congo, on mutual encouragement and protection of investments.

The President also issued Decree No. 60 of 2022 ratifying the agreement between the UAE and the Russian Federation on the transfer of criminals, and Decree No. 61 of 2022 ratifying the agreement between the UAE and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on mutual legal assistance No. 62 of 2022 Decree No., ratifying the extradition agreement between the UAE and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The governments of the UAE and the Republic of Senegal, and Decree No. 65 of 2022, approved the extradition agreement between the governments of the UAE and the Republic of Senegal.

Earlier this week, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed issued a federal decree on the establishment and regulation of the Office of Citizenship and Community Affairs of the Presidential Court.

Decree No. 2 of 2022 provides for the establishment of the Office of Citizenship and Community Affairs in the Presidential Court, which will have its own legal personality and administrative and financial independence and report to the relevant ministers.

The decree also stipulates that the office will be headquartered in Abu Dhabi, and that it can have branches at home and abroad, as determined by the minister.
