UAE President meets Speaker of Qatar Consultative Council

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Qatar Consultative Council Speaker Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, Federal National Assembly Speaker Saqq Accompanied by Gorbash.

During the Qasr Al Bahr meeting, Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the Speaker of the Shura Council of Qatar, who conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and his wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the UAE wish.

The UAE President conveyed his greetings to Sheikh Tamim and expressed his wishes for the further development and growth of Qatar and its people.

Sheikh Mohamed and Al Ghanim discussed the close relationship between the UAE and Qatar and their peoples, as well as the importance of strengthening the relationship between the two parliaments and ways to develop them further.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidency; Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; Yaed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler of Al Dhafra; Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi in Al Ain; Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Sheikh Hamid bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and some sheikhs, senior officials and other guests.
