Adek launched a public, private charter school model in 2018, and this school year, the emirate has more than 30 charter schools. These institutions enroll more than 46,500 students.

ERI is committed to engaging school leaders and recruiting teachers, administrators, counselors, social workers and parent relations executives following three previous initiatives. The first three events attracted more than 300 UAE national participants, and the program was directly responsible for the placement of 145 UAE education professionals in charter schools.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a two-day evaluation workshop, during which they will hear panelists discuss the education sector and receive detailed presentations about the Adek charter school ecosystem. Candidates will then be grouped to solve case study challenges before presenting their results to the selection panel.
Successful candidates will be scored on their understanding of the case study challenge, their communication skills, applied research, the quality of their proposed solution, the narrative and flow of their presentation, and their ability to respond to group inquiries.
