The UAE National Professional Championship is the fourth of five rounds of AJP events held across the country. UAE national team players have excelled in the Masters, winning multiple gold medals. Salem Al Asmar (69kg), Ibrahim Al Hammadi (94kg) and Shabab Al Ahli Club’s Hamid Al Balushi (120kg) from AFNT Academy were Saturday’s winners. “I am very excited to win a medal and podium in the Masters 2 competition, especially since winning this particular category requires a lot of experience, patience and perseverance,” said Al Balushi.
