UAE Tourist Visa: Which Covid vaccines has the WHO approved? – information

Invite visitors to register their vaccination certificate on the ICA website or AlHosn app

On Saturday, the UAE authorities announced that the country will Renew the issuance of tourist visas, Starting on August 30. As one of the entry criteria, tourists need to be vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine approved by the WHO.

You are also invited to register their vaccination certificate on the ICA website or AlHosn app in order to enjoy the same benefits as the vaccinated residents of the UAE.

Vaccine type: mRNA

Approved: 69 countries

Test range: 25 tests in 6 countries

>> Pfizer-BioNTech

Vaccine type: mRNA

Approved: 98 countries

Test range: 30 tests in 17 countries

>> Jason (Johnson & Johnson)

Vaccine type: non-replicating viral vector

Approved: 59 countries

Test scope: 11 tests in 17 countries

>> Oxford/AstraZeneca

Vaccine type: non-replicating viral vector

Approved: 121 countries

Test range: 40 tests in 20 countries

>> Covishield (Oxford/AstraZeneca formula)

Vaccine type: non-replicating viral vector

Approved: 45 countries

Test range: 2 tests in 1 country

>> Sinopharm

Vaccine type: inactivated

Approved in: 60 countries

Test range: 9 tests in 7 countries

>> Huaxing

Vaccine type: inactivated

Approved in: 39 countries

Test range: 19 tests in 7 countries
