A video provides advice on check-in options, baggage allowance and the advantages of online check-in
To help travelers prepare for travel during the peak season, Etihad Airways has released a promotional video with tips on baggage policies and advice ahead of the holidays.
In the video, Shaeb Alnajjar, General Manager Etihad Hub Operations at Abu Dhabi Airports, advises on check-in options, baggage allowances and the advantages of online check-in.
He shares tips, including using self-service check-in kiosks where available, and advises not to pack more than 32kg in any luggage, regardless of ticket type.
Shaeb said: “Etihad is committed to providing unparalleled service to its guests and is constantly exploring all options to maximize the travel experience and minimize wait times for guests. Being fully prepared at the airport is one of our key objectives. So when creating this video, we considered the flow of a person before and after arriving at the airport. This video will help our guests make their journey as smooth as possible.”
Passengers traveling with Etihad Airways can take advantage of services such as the express self-service bag drop facility.
The service offers a faster check-in experience and can accommodate more guests, who will be able to skip the queues.
Etihad Airways is advising travelers to prepare well for their journey as it prepares to welcome more than 1.5 million passengers at Abu Dhabi International Airport between 21 November and 8 January 2023.
