Temperatures set to hit highs of 45ºC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Residents of the UAE will experience partly cloudy to partly cloudy weather on Thursday, May 18. According to the UAE’s National Center of Meteorology (NCM), parts of the western region will see dusty weather at times with the possibility of light rain.

Light to moderate winds, sometimes refreshing during the day, kicking up dust and sand. Swells will become light to moderate during the day in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of ​​Oman.

Abu Dhabi and Dubai will see highs of 45ºC, while humidity will be between 10% and 75%.

The highest temperature recorded across the country was 44.7°C in Um Azimul (Al Ain) at 14:00 local time on Wednesday in the UAE.
