The UAE has been experiencing the “coldest winter in the world”, with temperatures recorded as low as 6.4°C at Mount Jess in Ras Al Khaimah.
Monday was generally sunny to cloudy, according to the UAE National Center of Meteorology (NCM). Some inland and coastal areas will be wet overnight and Tuesday morning.
Breeze to mid-breeze, sometimes refreshing. The waves in the Arabian Gulf are light to moderate at times.
A maximum of 27.9°C was recorded yesterday at 3pm in Al Quaa (Al Ain) and Um Azimul (Al Ain) at 3.15pm.
More rain is expected this week, even though downpours in most parts of the UAE stopped on Sunday and Monday’s forecast is clear.
Showers are possible on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, according to the weather service’s forecast.
Partly cloudy and sometimes dusty Tuesday with warmer temperatures during the day. Some coastal, northern areas and oceans will become cloudy with possible rain by early evening.
