Zenogakki is the first decentralized anime series, an original anime IP native to web3.
It is the brainchild of founder Saif Yousuf and is supported by a strong core team of co-founder and CMO Rizvi Azeem; co-founder and community officer Nibras J., management and social strategy Shayan V, and core artists Kunal Phenomenon and Laurel Pursuit.
The first decentralized anime franchise aims to boost the anime industry by rewarding creators/staff who work on IP as long as the IP exists in its financial structure. The founders say this will open up a wider range of job growth opportunities and inspire creative professionals to further pursue their talents.
Zenogakki spent nearly $2 million prior to coinage, and was assessed at $25 million, backed by global investors. The animation assets have been in pre-production for months, and animation studio Toneplus has been working on One Piece, Pokemon; Attack on Titan; and many more.
Zenogakki Manga has begun work on a full volume of manga, two chapters of which have been published and the remaining chapters are in progress.
Screenwriter Brandon Chen, screenwriter, has more than 6 million readers worldwide. Senior Voice Director Neil Kaplan is the English voice actor for Madara Uchiha, Optimus Prime and several others. He is now the voice actor for Zenogakki’s main villain, Karth.
Additionally, viewers can not only support their favorite shows, but also earn money on the platform based on the viewing time they spend on shows. They receive native tokens in exchange for their time.
Once Zenogakki takes off as an IP, all this exposure and traction will be transferred to the W2E platform to expand its distribution channels and expand the platform globally. Thus, the way this filmmaking art is consumed and produced is brought to life through web3 tools and Zenogakki as an incubator.
