Now, Vanessa’s team has responded to the submitted motion, stating that the county should seek “less intrusive ways” to assess emotional stress. If the court rules that family members comply with this requirement, it means that individuals including “four teenagers, a 10-year-old child and a 5-year-old kindergarten child” will have to undergo an 8-hour inspection.
Vanessa’s lawyers also stated that the plaintiff’s pain “is a feeling that any reasonable person would experience. If a public official entrusted to protect the dignity of a deceased family member took pictures of the remains of a loved one and used these pictures for cocktail party entertainment, it would not Can contain and protect photos.”
