VFS Global said UAE nationals, as well as nationals of 75 eligible countries residing in the UAE, can apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival through VFS Global by submitting documents and paying the fee online prior to travel.
VFS Global has entered into an exclusive agreement with TLP, the Immigration Department of the Republic of Indonesia and Bank Mandiri to provide online prepaid, fast-track and concierge services to international travelers arriving in Jakarta.
Confirmation will be sent to their registered email id and the visa will be processed in advance for stamping upon arrival. After paying online, the process on arrival is simplified to just stamping the visa, which can be done at the designated Fast Track visa office on arrival immigration.

Before the pandemic, Indonesia welcomed more than 15 million foreign tourists in 2019. Between January 2022 and July 2022, the destination has welcomed around 1 million international travelers.
VFS Global will offer standard and express service options. Applicants who choose Standard Services will be able to submit their application no less than 72 hours before their departure date and benefit from the Express Entry immigration process. Passengers who choose express service can submit their request no less than 24 hours before the departure date. The Express service also provides end-to-end personalized assistance and guidance, from the arrival gate to immigration, baggage claim and customs.
Additionally, citizens and residents of Dubai and Abu Dhabi who wish to complete the visa on arrival process with the assistance and guidance of trained professionals may also choose to visit the Indonesia Visa On Arrival Kiosk located outside the VFS Global Visa Application Centre.
