Founded in Vienna in 2016 by Chef Francesco Calo, Via Toledo Enopizzeria has become a success in Austria, winning numerous awards such as “Best Pizzeria in Austria”, “Second Best Pizzeria in Europe” and among the top 10 best The pizzeria is listed in the world ranking of the prestigious association “Top 50 Pizza Ranking”.
The concept of combining Neapolitan pizza with a selection of fine wines has won Francesco the approval of customers and critics from all over the world. Previously, the pizzeria ventured into overseas global operations, starting with a pop-up store in Belgrade in 2020.
Now, the pizzeria is entering the UAE market in Dubai, introducing a unique Via Toledo concept at the iconic beach resort that dominates the JBR skyline. This concept combines the best of Italian flavors with the finest Italian wines.
