Vladimir Putin’s health ‘deteriorating dramatically’ | Entertainment

[ad_1]

Vladimir Putin’s health has reportedly “deteriorated dramatically”.

The health of the 69-year-old Russian president has been the subject of speculation in recent months, according to an opposition insider who is “no longer attending meetings” as his military continues to fight the war in Ukraine.

For months, the general SVR Telegram channel has been claiming that Putin has been diagnosed with cancer and that he has also been battling other serious medical problems.

“In all likelihood, we can say that soon the president will not be able to hold meetings and large events in person,” the source added.

It has also been claimed that Putin used doubles at some events to cover up his health problems.

What’s more, Putin is said to have lost the support of the military in the ongoing war in Ukraine.

“Almost the entire Russian military leadership blames President Vladimir Putin for the failed start and the course of the military operation in general, as well as the huge loss of manpower and weapons,” the source explained.

Still, Putin’s military leaders “have no doubt that they will feel guilty for all the failures and problems on the front”.

Meanwhile, the CIA director recently dismissed speculation about Putin’s health.

Bill Burns addressed speculation about the Russian leader, saying he was “totally too healthy”. However, he admitted his comments did not constitute “formal intelligence judgment”.

When asked about Putin’s health, he joked in July: “There are a lot of rumours about President Putin’s health, and as far as we know, he’s totally too healthy.”

Meanwhile, Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov dismissed the speculation.

He insisted the president was feeling “fine” and “in good health” and described the rumours as “nothing more than hoaxes.”
