W Goa will be bringing authentic Indian flavours and concoctions to W Maldives’ luxury playground for the first time from August 24th to 26th, a first-of-its-kind bar and kitchen acquisition.
Guests can experience the richness of flavours and aromas by car, giving them a taste of quintessential Indian cuisine and unobstructed views of the Maldives’ dreamy tropical setting.
The acquisition will kick off on 24th August with “Taste W Goa at W Maldives”, when W Goa’s Beverage Director Kshitij Goel and Sous Chef Jotiba Birje will conquer the bar at W Maldives’ iconic overwater restaurant – FISH and kitchen.
Offering a luxurious five-course menu curated by Chef Jotiba, inspired by Goa’s heritage and New Age culture, and unexpected drink pairings curated by Kshitij, prices start from $179 per person.
On August 25, Kshitij will acquire W Maldives’ famous sunset bar, “W Goa Sunset Session at SIP”, offering 5 vibrant cocktails and mocktails curated according to guests’ preferences. Combining the water bar’s mesmerizing backdrop setting and sensual beats, the picturesque sunset experience will complement Kshitij’s creations for $25 a glass.
On August 26, guests can roll up their sleeves and bring out “The Chef In You” with Chef Jotiba’s cooking class at KADA, a Maldivian-inspired outdoor venue. They will also have the privilege of diving in and enjoying a taste of their own creations for $160 per person at lunchtime after the class.
