H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council at Abu Dhabi Early Foundation Chairman Sheikh Teb bin Mohamed · Childhood Authority, the Child Insight Lab, was launched in Abu Dhabi under the witness of bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
This pioneering new lab provides critical insights based on children’s data, enabling policymakers and stakeholders to develop policies that promote early learning and development and social cohesion, while improving service quality.
Post-launch, they review the lab’s programs and initiatives that use a data-driven approach to storytelling—a multidisciplinary process of translating complex childhood data trends into engaging visual narratives.
Developed by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, the lab collects and analyzes cross-sectoral data on challenges faced in early childhood from 11 Abu Dhabi government entities. The resulting data trends will then be developed into animated content based on real-life scenarios and presented to decision makers and stakeholders in the early years industry.
Increasingly popular among business leaders and decision makers around the world, data-driven storytelling helps connect the dots between complex and often complex data analytics to drive targeted action in key focus areas .
Sheikh Khaled and Sheikh Tayab were accompanied by Saif Saeed Al Ghobash, Secretary General of the Executive Council; and Sana Mohamad Suhail, Director General of Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority.
