The Emiratis posted an Instagram post showing the seasoned lady’s prowess
Popular influencer Khalid Al Ameri posted an Instagram post in which he was seen fighting an 80-year-old woman.
This lady Meenakshi Amma is a famous teacher of the martial art “Kalaripayattu” traditionally from Kerala.
The post came with a witty headline that read: “This is Meenakshi Amma, she is 80 years old and an expert [of] Indian martial art ‘Kalari’, here’s a short video of her turning me into a shawarma”.
The influencer can be seen working hard against this knowledgeable and experienced lady. He would take a step forward, and she would deftly block and respond.
At one point, Al Ameri appeared to be cornered, unable to defend against a superb attack from Meenakshi Amma.
The Emirati influencer also visited Pakistan earlier with Dubai-based filmmaker Faisal Hashmi to shoot a video to raise awareness about flood protection.
Hashmi documented the process through a series of Instagram Stories, giving viewers an insight into the utter devastation the floods have wreaked on the country. The pair travelled to Rajampur in Sindh province – it took them two days to reach the “very difficult” area.
