Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi has opened Al Mes’hab Park, a new community space adjacent to the Abu Dhabi Police Academy.
The park was inaugurated on Friday by Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office. The facility was developed under a joint initiative of Abu Dhabi Police and the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) to celebrate traditional policing culture and heritage.
Al Mes’Hab Park features recreational and sports facilities for all ages, including children’s play equipment and outdoor sports training equipment, as part of an effort to encourage community members to practice healthy and active lifestyles.
