Mortgage property totals AED4 billion this week
According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), there were 1,667 real estate and real estate transactions worth AED 9.4 billion in the week ended 2 September 2021.
DLD Weekly said 146 plots were sold for Dh2.26 billion and 1,080 apartments and villas were sold for Dh2.25 billion.
The top three deals were a piece of land in Marsa, Dubai sold for AED 658.5 million, followed by a piece of land in Murkabat for AED 325 million, and in third place was Marsa, Dubai A piece of land was sold for AED 658.5 million.
Jabal Ali First followed with 40 sales worth AED89.57 million, Ras Al Khor with 30 sales worth AED688.63 million, Wadi Al Safa 5 with 14 sales, Valued at AED 68 million, it came in third.
The top three for condo and villa transfers were condominiums sold for Dh230 million in Massa, Dubai, followed by condos sold in Burj Khalifa for Dh198 million, and in Business Bay Apartments sold for AED 165 million came in third.
Mortgage properties totalled AED4 billion this week, with the highest being a piece of land in Al Kheeran at AED2 billion. In addition, 61 properties valued at Dh469 million were awarded between first-degree relatives.
