On Wednesday, as the 2021 SWAC Champions team headed to the Cricket Bowl, the high school student decided to announce to the world that he had changed his mind and is committed to Jackson State University.

In today’s social environment, HBCU enrollment is increasing, NBC News ReportHoward University reports that since the pandemic began, enrollment has increased by 15%.
“This has the potential to be the largest freshman class in our history… of course in the past 30 years,” said Howard Dean and Chief Academic Officer Anthony Uto.
As you know, Sanders graduated from North Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Florida, and attended Florida State University until his junior year in professional competitions. This Hall of Fame member later became one of the best defensive guards in the NFL.
