We are delighted to announce that the final dish of 2022 will be at The Bollywood Bronx, a brand new luxury contemporary Indian restaurant in the World Trade Center Mall in Abu Dhabi.
This exclusive invitation-only event will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7pm.
what is on The menu is our version of a chef’s tasting table, a supper club, with some signature fork twists. First off, it’s completely free to our guests – we’ll be taking 30 of you (that’s 15 lucky diners and their plus signs, chosen from a list that responded via the email addresses below). Additionally, and arguably more importantly, we’re committed to giving you early access to exciting and exclusive products.
Our menu attendees will be the first to sample the kitchen craftsmanship of this brand new South Asian urban bistro. The headline of the Bollywood Bronx food concept is that the restaurant is committed to using seasonal produce with “precision, great technique and beautiful presentation”. With all the glitz and glamor of its namesake, the culinary flair of fusion dishes and experimental cuisine, presented in a concept that invites sharing, community tasting and extraordinary nights out.
Bollywood Bronx is an unabashedly contemporary style with sophisticated shapes and chic designs. The open kitchen offers a dramatic window to watch the fire and spices being poured into your food, the venue’s well-stocked bar offers exotic sips, and the resident DJ’s soft and soulful beats bring Bronx nuances to life The cuisine provides the perfect soundscape pairing.

Dishes featured on this flavor tour include king crab puri; grilled salmon, anardana, citrus explosion; kolhapuri fried chicken, Indian pesto; babganoush, pulled beef chili fried rice; mixed delhi, quinoa smoked mess; tiger prawns , chilli mint sauce, peechay leaves; mushroom khichdi, croquettes, blackberry achar; 48-hour slow-cooked lamb shank, roganjosh sauce; chicken roti; assorted breads; some eye-catching signature desserts; Refined snacks.
