exclusive: New York-based investment firm, Whitney Capital PartnersLed by Jason Kringstein, has acquired a stake in the production and sales company Yale Entertainment.
The new fund will focus on accelerating its growth in production and sales and exploring new business development opportunities, the company said.
Klinstein has served as an executive producer on more than a dozen Yale Entertainment films, including killing chamberstarring Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman, recently released banditstarring Josh Duhamel and Mel Gibson, September 17Directed by Brittany Snow, alone togetherdirected by Katie Holmes.

The space is poised for expansion and this This investment continues our aggressive acquisition strategy in the industry,” Klingstein said.
